General Contest Briefing:

I would like to announce our first forum contest. Basically, your task is to create an account on the *****.org forums. On your *****.org account, you will place a advertisement in your signature (code for advertisement is provided below). From there, you just post away on the *****.org forums in Runescape sections. As you keep posting, people on *****.org are exposed to the advertisement for Blurite.com that is in your signature.

This will help our community grow, and will allow hard-workers to get membership credits for Runescape

NOTE: SIGNATURE CODE WAS UPDATED ON FEBRUARY 18TH. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SIGNATURE CODE ASAP!!

Contest Rules:

Please read all of the rules carefully. Anyone caught disobeying any of these rules at any time in the contest will be automatically disqualified.

1. You must have the full advertisement (code for it can be found at the end of this post) on your *****.org account signature.
2. A new *****.org account needs to be created if you wish to take part in this contest. You cannot use a pre-existing account on the *****.org forums. This is so we can keep track of posts.
3. You need to reach a minimum of 100 posts to be considered for this competition.
4. Whoever has the most posts will win the contest. Those who get 100 posts will still be given rewards.
5. Your posts must be in Runescape sections of the *****.org forums.
6. You CANNOT double post. All of your posts must be in different threads. Anyone caught double-posting will be automatically disqualified.
7. If you wish to enter, please post the username of the newly created *****.org account below, stating that you would like to enter this competition.
8. Do not get your *****.org account banned. It must be in reputable condition at the end of the contest date.


Rewards:

The first 10 people to reach 100 posts on *****.org fairly with the advertisement in their signature will be awarded a 1-month membership pin. You must have a minimum of 150 posts on Blurite.com forums to be considered.

The person with the most posts on *****.org will receive a 3-month membership pin!! Keep in mind that you must have at least 250 posts to be considered for this prize. Once you reach 250 posts, it will be a competition of whoever can get the most posts above 250. You must have a minimum of 200 posts on Blurite.com forums to be considered.

Being First 5!

Once you reach 100 posts on *****.org and 150 pots on Blurite, please PM me to let me know that you've done so. The first 5 people to do this and PM me will win. The one with the highest number of posts on ***** will get the 3-month card!

Contest Time-frame:

The contest will end on Saturday, February 27th, at exactly 1 PM Pacific Standard Time.

You must stop posting before this deadline. If your account has any posts made after 1PM PST, you will be disqualified from the competition. This is to ensure no one cheats by doing any last minute posting while posts are being tallied for every participant.

I don't think it is. I've seen people with banners in their signatures that link to other websites.

As long as your pots themselves are related to the topics, your signature shouldn't have you charged for advertising.
